Strange circles of night running around nothing
Silence devours me, makes me feel so cold
And the glimpse of hope I caught while dreaming
Is still burning in strange desires I cant hold

I will always give myself in a flame of feelings
But now emptiness knocks on my walls
And fills my memories with dark nothing
Until only tears can see beyond it all

I wish you could hold me once again

The chaos of my dreams shines through
In empty hours and lonely summernights
All I do when I sleep is trying to find you
And even if I’m blinded by my absence of light

You shake my world with beautiful clouds

How the wind softly whispers your name
I don’t know what it means but it is there
In the heavy rain upon my crying face
In the deepest swirls of my hidden shame
In all the clearness of a midsummer air
I remember your eyes softly speaking in my dream
A stranger hand in mine, a day by the waterside
The mirror of my soul in the silver flow
The haunting silence after a suffocated scream
It was the darkness I tried to hide
A longing flame going down your halo
One moment that was everything life could be
The mystery of your words in my memory.

The others sleep, while I dream awake
In a tide of time I can’t escape

The others dream of their reality
I just get lost inside my insanity

The others can feel safe and warm
But I am caught in your cold charm
In a labyrinth without end and light

Taste of chaos

Tonight I carve the taste of chaos in my head
There is a dizzy thought in my soulscape
A strange reminder of visionary wishes
A confused voice, a bitter taste of death

Whatever crawls inside my dreams
It feels like sweet demons crying me to sleep
A danger I cannot see, a fire that burns too deep
Running through the veins of faded hopes.

Tonight I see these familiar eyes watching me
Oceans of unspoken stories washed away
Old fears and new reasons telling me to stay
New feelings and old scars breaking out of their cage

This cold touch lights my heart’s chaosstar
And fills the pale skies with different colors
And I still seek the secrets of your shadows
Tonight the storm will set sail to a new memory.

Spiraling into the endless spheres of thoughts
Just one feeling comes around, goes around
Helplessly attached to a strange vision

Detached from what could be our reality

Till silence and distance divide us again

Past faces still shine through
When fears collide with open scars

Crossing the walls of a broken soul
A bridge to build, a fear to break.
